I think it would be safe to say, if you used this for a Data Feed.
There would be no possible conflict of interest with a broker.
But it doesn't seem you can make your own studies easily.
But apparently you may be able to submit them to CME and have them approved?
But of course no one would be willing to do this give someone else their proprietary codes.

Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
After the 2 weeks trial it is an expensive data feed ($ 95 per month), which only covers CME. You would be better off to use one of the professional data feeds such as DTN/IQ, Kinetick or eSignal which cover a variety of markets.
