When I told NT I had this problem a while back they said I was the only customer they had that reported this.

When I posted it on futures.io (formerly BMT) the NT Prez got his feelings hurt and said I had taken their statement out of context and was just bad mouthing them.

So if they admit it's a problem and they haven't blamed it on you yet... count yourself lucky.

Now I'm waiting for NT to flame me over this post.

I remember your problem as it was weird, it was a range bar with a larger than usual range. The problems above - spikes on a tick chart, are something entirely different, they are either related to the datafeed or the data feed adapter. Nothing that compares to your case.

But I know you love to complain, so obviously you could not afford to miss the opportunity - and I agree that somebody needs to make up for the comments of @MetalTrade as well.

We can't all be suck-ups...

Just so you know... I wasn't complaining ... I was just stating the facts .... and if some arrogant little fellah from NT wants to flame me for that ... then f#ck him and the horse he rode in on and the dog that followed the horse and the snake that bit the dog. I'm gonna say my piece and I don't care if it hair-lips every cow in the State of Texas.

I'm just a simple man trading a simple plan.

Thanks for your reply, Jura - I would like to upgrade except that my market replay data from
6.5 (abt 18 mos. worth) is not importable into NT 7...and the problem just started this week,
after that many months of working fine...

NT has download replay feature. It is under File -> Utilities -> Download replay data

Can that be used to transfer market replay data from 6.5 to 7?

It's not a transfer, you would be downloading new data from the NT server.

OK, thanks, Mike.

Looks like PFGBest fixed the issue, so thanks to everyone for the replies, and thanks to the PFGBest folks for getting it solved.

I had pfg feed at one time and it was horrible. In fast market conditions the lag was really bad. It was not a Ninjatrader problem but a PFG problem. I know alot of people who had the same problem. I moved to zenfire and was amazed at the difference. I then moved to rithmic which is what zenfire is based on but with different servers.

Hi - getting weird spikes in the price feed (see pic), using NT 6.5 and PFGBests's PFGAPI connector, tried reinstalling both, still getting the spikes, PFG says they can't duplicate it, any ideas?

Only happens live, historical data looks ok, just started after starting up NT this Sunday, and it happens on two different computers (one XP, one Win7)...

Thanks
Jay

PFGAPI has always have errors in Ninja and they claim they have fixed in NT7.4, am not sure how good is it now.
