I think Mirus offers BRN, for sure: Velocity Futures, Cunningham Commodities, Advantage Futures, Dorman Trading, probably also Crossland/DeepDiscountTranding, don't now about Optimus ask @mattz.
Right at IB the symbol is COIL. At others the symbol may be BRN.
Once you trade Brent on ICE, you may also want to trade WTI on ICE so as to get cross-margin. The IB symbol for WTI on ICE is WTI. (It is a bit less liquid than CL on Nymex though).
