Sharky, your JMAPaintBar indicator is not in the download link. Please, could you post it ? I've completed your setup but without the JMAPaintBar indicator.
I've now downloaded the JMPaintBar indicator. However, on my chart, the JMPaintBar does not show the BLUE "EMAslopeup" color on the up candles; instead it shows YELLOW. I expect that the YELLOW color should be for NEUTRAL trend only. The RED "EMAslopedown" color seems to be OK.
Also, the DoubleMA(14,ZeroLagEMA,1,ADXVMA) shows one straight dotted white lines at the bottom of Panel 1.
What am I doing wrong ? Please note that I'm having a EUR/USD chart.
Nice chart...the last one. Those bottom two panels seem so have caught two good long entries.
Anyway I had the same problem with the yellow bars and gave up on using it.
Many others including myself had the white flatline problem. I deleted my old ADXVMA and downloaded another from the Ninjatrader site as I and others have commented on in a few threads.
Big Mike has discussed the ADXVMA fix he made in some threads so it wouldn't be a flatline.
There's been talk about implementing Sharky's indicators in at least a few threads that might help you.
Lolu check out the JMAPaintbar fix Big Mike posted just a few posts above.
After downloading that try the Jmappaintbar again...it will look the same on your indicator list but will not give just yellow bars anymore...real nice indicator! I'm gonna use it on my 3pip gbp/usd chart.
