I am a young, enthusiastic trader that has previously failed here for involving Collective2. I am requesting that this mistake be forgiven and another shot given. I appreciate the format and energy of this forum. Thank you, Charles. My experience is intuitive and sometimes this gets confused.

1 mile run
300 air squats
and write I'm sorry 300 times on the chalk board and you'll be forgiven.

Did one the other day my time was horrible compared to a year ago. Use to do a lot more cardio then I do now, last time I did the squats weighted.. not this time.

Nice! I do it every year on Memorial Day. My best time was 46 minutes. I'm more of a strength athlete but do have some endurance haha

I didn't get one in this memorial day but the goal is to start doing them a little more often to help with cardio/endurance. The pull ups are what destroys my time.
