I have previously studied FOREX spot market trading a couple years ago. I am trying to learn about the Futures markets.

I don't need strategy advice, rather I am looking for a website that will teach me:
1. The basics of trading futures
2. Using leverage (prefer targeted to U.S. residents/regulations)
3. Margin requirements (for daytrading in particular)
4. A list of tradable futures
5. Cost to trade each of these futures (i.e. perhaps quantity of goods in a contract, etc. so I have an idea of what exactly I'm trading)
6. How much capital is recommended for each of these futures contracts

Thank You!

1. The basics of trading futures

you can buy(long) sell(short) any of them at will subject to your account balance of course

2. Using leverage (prefer targeted to U.S. residents/regulations)

they come with built-in leverage, unlike forex you can't change the leverage.

3. Margin requirements (for daytrading in particular)

it varies depending on which broker you chose, here is a sample

4. A list of tradable futures

GOOGLE

Sorry, I should have written "good website". Most of the websites that I've Googled so far have all been pretty useless.
