I found this forum while blindly searching for a legitimate mentor for the S&P 500 e-minis. I have just 4 months trading experience (ThinkOrSwim) with plenty negative $$$ issues. I did not know this kind of forum existed, very happy to find so many other beginners. Perhaps we can all help each other here, and it seems we aren't alone in what we're experiencing. Living in Hawaii has the bit difficult challenge in that the US market opens up here at 3:30am. Asian and European markets are a bit more real time.

Striving to learn properly. Mahalo everyone!

This newbie is having trouble to reply or post a message. I'm think I'm sounding pretty stupid, but have not had any experience on other forums.... Is there a special meaning for "quote"?

Mahalo.

Gary, Aloha bradda, being that I am right across the channel from you in Hilo, I think we can help each other out. Been trading the mini for a while now. Lets do this!

Aloha. I'm having trouble to navigate sending or answering on this forum. I don't know the proper way for communicating. Sorry.

Mahalo.

Quote button means quote the post in your reply, as I've done here (and most people do).

Post reply button at top and bottom of thread is post a blank reply (nothing quoted).

New thread button is on every subforum.

Mike

Hey bro, just wondering if you've heard of Farmers Market Hawaii, Pineapple Clan? My good bro started and is the owner of that company. I've been wanting to start a Trading Room because I know how difficult this can be, and more than likely, you'll lose a lot without real time experience. I traded a prop account for a mid size firm in NY, and now trade only the ES and NQ.
There's so much more to this than just using technical analysis, which for the most part, is lagging way behind what's really going on. Hit me up on here when you'd like

Hi
welcome to the forum, I am new to trading as well, I live in Melbourne Australia, I have the same problems with the US.markets so I trade the Australian cash and looking at the European markets that open in the Afternoon. Some of the Asian markets may suit you ,the Niki.ect.

I am doing a course with Open Traders who specialize in trading the Emini,I myself do not trade the Emini, but there principles for trading are rigorous and the principles taught can be translated to any market.

I was in Hawaii last year a great place.
Regards
Martin Hunting
