Just wanted to check in and say 'hi'. Been here a few months but this is my first post. Way back I think it was the early 90s, I got the packet in the mail from the trader in the cowboy hat and got me started on this journey. Never did trade futures at first, buy then in the later 90s got hold of Wade Cook's Wall Street Money Machine and started trading options during the dot com companies heyday. I made a little money and then I blew my first account. : )
Finally started trading futures in around 2000, hence my name, trading NQ and ES. Found a room and traded in there. Blew my second account on that. I've continues studying over the years and had a couple of other small accounts but basically too scared to trade them because they were small.
Started back again several months ago and have another account now, been trading about a month, taking it slow, and up about $400 just going nice and easy and slow. Was up about $600 until a couple of bad trades. But so far so good. I will say the two losses after several wins got me kinda gun shy and having a little trouble pulling the trigger again. The down side of having a smaller account.
Anyway, hope to learn some stuff here and interact with other traders.
