Hello, I'm a former trader that went into professional poker, and now am back to square one after making some horrible mistakes along the way along with the goverment banning my source of income.
I'm looking to start again and currently have no assets. This is after making lots of $ playing poker but burned it all trying to get rich trading options in a bad time in my life(this occurred after getting 12th place in a tournament where 1st place was 200k and so I went insane). This is the kind of mistake you only make once in your life. The deck is now stacked against me, but like the saying goes, "chip and a chair" or should I say, "credit card and a prayer".
I have 2yrs of experience of working at the CBOE and 1yr trading electronically. I have a system that works(doesn't everyone) but need to raise capital or start again as a clerk.
Like Frank Dux journey victory in the Kumite competition, it's not going to be easy. I will have challenges similar to facing a giant Sumo or going against a fighter who behaves like an animal. I will need to find a mentor similar to Frank's shindoshi(You are not Japanese, You are not a Tanaka!) to train me.
I may start with TST combine and go from there. Wish me luck(people insist on calling it luck)!
