best way out for this proplem is paper trading.I too have made losses shich ata particular point i understood there is no point in going forwrad like this.Then i started paper trading, which on a daily basis makes me understand what my mistakes are.This accumulation of lessons form daily mistakes help us to improve and also instill confidence in us.
