Early Merry X'mas!
would like to ask are the price differences between 6E and spot big and do they move in tandem?
Havent have the chance to view any 6E live prices to compare.
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
@Kingsley
You may like to try Amp Futures integrated with CQG feed. CQG has an office in Singapore.
I don't trade SGX so can't help much.
Good Trading!

Good Trading,
Hello fellow sgreans! I'm from Singapore too! Good to know that there are so many singaporeans that are into trading too.
Anyway i have a question. Trading US Market with ThinkOrSwim still have high latency since they have branches in Singapore. I would how the data will be received.
@mrwaynetan
It is acceptable and I know many traders are using ThinkOrSwim platform to trade Options without much complain.
Your ISP & Broadband should be taken into considerations. You can PM me @ 91453928 for further friendly discussion.
Hey All - I'm also in SG, and relatively new to the city-state.
I was wondering whether any of you all have any experience trading through the local brokers (e.g., UOB, DMG/OSK, Phillip, Ong First, etc.), and what your impressions of them are. Are there any advantages to having an account with a local broker, vs. one overseas in the US or HK?
I noticed that many on the thread like AMP/CQG. I have looked into it, but am a little hesitant given the size of the firm, its location in the US (and the fact that its minimums are so low...) Not sure if anyone has gone through this exercise and can share some conclusions.
I trade futures in this account. Can you clarify what you mean by the local brokers being the same? Consistently good or bad? Similar products? Undifferentiated offerings? Customer service? I've been trying to do more DD on mainly UOB and DMG/OSK.
The principal reason for US equities via a US broker is better executions?
Well, I have several trading accounts for different purposes:
1. TD Ameritrade for trading US stock and shares. Note: They no longer accept new accounts from Singapore, but you can open a local Singapore account through their subsidiary Think-or-Swim.
2. Phillip Futures for Futures trading. I only trade N225 on SGX and CME. I like Phillip as they offer MOS which allows me to seamlessly transfer my positions across SGX and CME.
