Just joined the site. Every time I do a google search on futures or indicators / coding indicators in ToS, futures.io, pops up a lot. Thought I check out the site. Definitely glad I joined. I don't know many people who trade in general much less futures, so I am super stoked to participate in a community focused on futures trading. I look forward to interacting and learning from everyone and hope to add value to the community.

WARNING - John's Advanced Course has three parts, (1) written PDFs, (2) starter videos and (3) the 12-day live trading sessions. DO NOT attend the live sessions without carefully going through the PDFs and the starter videos, which are the heart of the course. This is an introduction forum not a sales forum. There is an entire section where things like this can be discussed. It is questionable about the integrity of this website you speak of and their profitability given you need to come advertise on a Introductory forum. Just saying.
Generally you do not need to be a premium member to open new threads. It depends what type of threads they are, though. There is a minimum post requirement which can easily be met by contributing (meaningfully) to existing threads.
I would suggest, however, to use the search function before opening new threads, as most of the material tends to be already existing in one form or another on FIO.

I started learning to trade by watching one of my co-workers. Lost about $300 (my whole account) on stocks with Robinhood after just a couple of months studying, but didn't give up. I kept studying, went back to paper on Thinkorswim and have moved from stocks to options to futures where I found my niche. Hope to go live with a real account using Infinity Futures in the next few months trading ES!
