Hello All,
I've recently become involved with Trading and am currently using MultiCharts64 through AMP. After losing 60% of my investment with trades made by an "expert" at an other brokerage, I felt that I could loose my money all by myself. I've been trading for about 4 months now and have been doing OK. Anyway, that's my story and I'm sticking with it.
On a side note, what is everyone's opinion of MACD verses TRIX as indicators?
Have a good day,
Bill

God bless my friend and best of luck!

Best to start a thread and/or search for all question you might have with the search box. Not in this thread. Just make sure once you click in it it doesn't pop out and then shut .... it least with Chrome it does that.

I lost $53k starting out over 8 yrs ago.

Hi all I am relatively new to trading and decided to undertake and employ a coach as opposed to get bitten by all the indicators out there. Unfortunately this has not worked out too well for me and I think I? should bring this to the attention of other fellow traders who intend to go down the path of employing a coach.
Kam Dhadwar.
I employed him to coach me back in August last year and spent a lot of time trying to find what i thought to be a decent guy and coach. How wrong i was.
His material isnt half bad but his ego is so big that his presentations could easily be halved. Anyway come the start of this year he started electing to not turn up to coaching session, literally giving me minutes notice....excuses were headache, stuck in traffic....a lot!, bitten by a spider and cant type....go figure! Based in uk there are no fierce spiders. Anyway this course cost in excess of Ģ3,000 and i asked for a refund of some sort due to him not meeting his commitments. He said no way and advised me that a little man like me could not harm a big man like him....i was after 500 pounds as a token gesture of goodwill....but he refused until i said i would post everything i can about him and then he came back to me the following day saying he agreed to pay the 500 but not until after Easter. Here we are in the 2nd week and no refund. So i said i would contact small claims court. Just be very careful guys of who you trust to take you to a new level....

I am very sympathetic to your experience. Unfortunately, there are so many scams in this industry that it is very difficult to find someone who is genuinely good and willing to teach.

Do you mind sharing what process you used to select him as a coach?

Thanks.

Hello folks

I have been trading for 8 years now. Very embarrasing to say that overall I have not been profitable.
Not a complaint as much as an observation. (A bad one). I have gottin pretty good at my entry points in the E-mini but have struggled relentlessy to stay in the trade through to target. Nerves are kind of on edge after 8 yrs of losses.
My entry points are about 80% accurate now and now I have to work on my exit plan if I'm going to make this work.
I may have a lot to contribute here because I am almost positive I've experienced most of the "What not to do's" LOL
I look forward to working with you.
Thanks for listening.

Bill

I wanted to re introduce myself. I've been a member for a long time and became an elite member a couple of months ago. I've never posted anything relevant not because I haven't wanted to but I've always been kind of a loner, somewhat of an introvert. I signed up for the elite membership because I wanted to contribute to Futures.io in some capacity I know that's a small way to contribute but I felt it necessary. So with that said I'm going to be more open in the forum because Futures .io is important, not just to me but for a lot of others. It's a great avenue for new traders and experience traders. I'm thankful for this site and all of the members that share their knowledge. You have helped me more than you know and I'm grateful for your generosity.

Thank You
tmurray
