Hi All!

Happy to join the community! I've mostly been sim trading and hoping one day this will all "click" in my head so I can get out of my 9-5 job and focus on what I love...TRADING!

Hi,

I'm MBZZ, from Brazil.

I've 34 years old and I've never really worked for a boss and that is good.

I make money and I lose money, but I can live.

I'm an engineer and started trading 4 years ago. First time on Futures, then stocks, then options.

My goal is an ATS, a money making machine.

Best regards and good forum feeling

Hello Everyone,

I am new to trading and began 'scalping' the Euro back in January with a small account. No strategy whatsoever, just went in blindly as if throwing dice. First two weeks I TRIPLED my account!? But then the shoe dropped. From then until now my account got wiped out on 3 separate occasions, and in between that time I made decent money to rebuild my account. But it's the same story.. climb the mountain to inevitably fall off the cliff. I have aspirations but no strategy, which is why I joined futures.io (formerly BMT).. to hopefully figure out a decent strategy that will throw a few bucks in my pocket.

I look forward to learning from you guys

Randy

I discovered this forum, while browsing the net for Ninjatrader. I am an engineer and programmer. I wrote some trading applications previously. Nowadays, I am focusing to create some 3rd party add-ons for NT and MT. I found in this forum a wealth of information. Thanks to big Mike for creating such a wonderful forum so that anyone can exchange valuable information to make life easier. Regards.

Hello,

I found this forum when looking for software that will automatically log trades from Interactive Brokers, including making a note of MAE and MFE then ideally put the results into Excel digestible form as well. Not found this yet.

It looks like NinjaTrader or Stage5 trading have this capability built in.

Welcome any help if anyone knows of software for Interactive Brokers that can do this. Thanks.

Hi All
I have joined this forum 921 Days ago but this is my first post.
I have learned a lot from futures.io (formerly BMT) and this forum.
Now , I am a dedicated trader for last three months.
Trading only S&P 500 via Multicharts and it looks good.
I am not in a position to advice others but I am wondering, How Mike can trade without an Indicator?

The fact that you don't know how to trade without an indicator and are suspicious probably means that you really don't know how to trade and probably aren't even close.

Indicators are just different views of what price is doing over time. Pay attention to what price is doing over time and you don't really need an indicator. In fact, there is a very good argument that says indicators distort what is really happening. Conversely if they worked so well, then it would be simple to get rich quickly.

Go back to the beginning and figure out how to trade without an indicator and when you learn that decide what you want to do.
