Tried to post by using the "Ask a Question" button on the homepage, and tried to get it to post in the appropriate forum when asked. Didn't get this 10-post requirement until after I failed to get it posted and lost what I'd typed.

Rather frustrating...

BTW, good luck in your fight with Amp. The fact that they'd come after you because they pissed off so many people is reason enough to never use them.

Yeah I literally donated to the fund before I even signed up for an account. The fact that they sued a forum for people talking smack about them for being such utter crap is the most pathetic thing I've seen.

First, they have absolutely no case, unless those clowns can think they can change the 1st amendment, suing for words spoken by 3rd parties on a public forum.

I hope Mikes lawyer is any good, and counter sues these idiots for slander and defamation that has been brought by their frivolous lawsuit.

P.S the same thing happened to me with posting I just didn't lose anything. I also copied and pasted just incase I did. Has happened before on other forums.

I have been here for 1324 days and never posted, so it is about time I post something. I have traded ES rather unsuccessfully since past 5 years, chased multiple methods and I have finally got rid of all indicators etc and settled on trading using FT and Jim Dalton's method. I am still learning MP based trading and it is a long way to go.

I joined about a month ago. Initially I stated in my profile that I was experienced or intermediate or something like that. After a month of reading so many posts that I am now cross-eyed I have decided that I am a beginner/novice/dunce!!!

This is an amazing resource and I would like to thank Big Mike for setting this up. I think I've got a handle on what you can post and what you can't and I think I agree with most of the rules.

So here goes. Maybe one day I will upgrade my experience

Many thanks Mike and other participants. I join this group as it's not easy to trade alone. I have started 2 years ago with Stocks. I made little money... but surviving was not my goal! Then I started Forex. I lost a thousand of US$ and lost more in education which did not brought me a solution for trading the Forex market. Since one year I have opened several Demo accounts. I place simultaneously the same orders with several brokers, and, after sometimes, I eliminate the brokers with less return (compared to others). The orders help me to test different strategies. So far, the less simple (very few indicators) the better. Price action is my favorite approach. I have eliminated MACD, Fibonacci, RSI, CCI, Stoch, and so on. Right now I'm testing FXPASS. If you have other good ideas, please let me know. Bye!

Hey Guys,

I started 'really trading!' a month before Black Monday 19th October 1987 !!! And lost both sleeves and the collar off my shirt. Luckily, I retained just enough cloth to hide my shame.

It took me 10 years of grinding out small winners to get my money back.

Since then I've been very undisciplined and started losing again - even in a bull market! I think the 1987 shock has made me a permaBear.

Anyway, I am finding that trading aided with a part-automated system brings me better results and I am currently writing EasyLanguage code for various Tradestation indicators.

While I consider myself a fairly sharing sort of bloke, to be honest, I joined this forum for help. And I'll be happy to help where I can in return.

Best Regards to all those Winners out there and losers who hope (like me) to me winners.

Hello all
Name in Andrei (Jayhawk9)
Live in Minnesota (US); trade Forex only on a very small live account with a small amount of my own money
look forward to learning how to trade futures though too and also learning how to use volume profile and volume clusters...
but as always.......desiring to learn how to manage what is inside me more as I believe too that that is the key to success
feel free to PM as well anytime
Cheers!
