I have been trading in equity stocks and more recently selling options. I am new to Futures trading and have ordered a couple books to start educating myself. I came here because it seems like a wealth of knowledge is available form people more experienced than me. I look forward to learning from everyone and hopefully I can become I valuable contributor int the future.
I look forward to Big Mike's Forum. I started trading in 2002, with the Investools system, bought their software, bought the phd program and travelled the country to their workshops to learn their options program. I had very limited success. Last year I started trading futures and options. I failed miserably with futures in the beginning, but now seem to have turned the corner and am making much better trades and profits. I've bought all kinds of systems, indicators ect. trying to find the secret, but I now believe the secret is figure out how your going to trade, back test it and back test it until you know your getting the results you want.
I have been trading stocks , and lately Gold , silver , Oil. I am using Amibroker , COM , and MatLab. (This is a very good combination for stocks analysis in my opinion ), I been trading by price charting , traditional indicators trading , and matlab tool boxes .
and I wish to learn and contribute here.
Hi guys, I'm from Bulgaria and I'm interested in futures mainly, especially grains. I've some background in trading as a fx dealer years ago, better say unsuccessful trading - so I''m here to learn and with a hope to overcome my unsatisfactory performance.
I do not trade actively at the moment.
From what I see at a first glance, this place is quite different from other trading sites and I have a very good feeling about this.
My basic interest comprises W.D Gann, Mkt Profile and COT. But I see here a lot of more interesting stuff.

Just wanted to say hello to everyone. I am new to trading and starting with a small forex account. I am hoping to build this account and start a futures account building to eventually replace my current income. I'm excited to be hear and hoping this will help shorten the learning curve.
I have been trading stocks on both the US and ASX for about 8 years, Delta Neutral options strategies for the last 18 months and forex for the last 12 months.
The systems that I use have been developed by myself and I use Amibroker for all of my backtesting. I use IB as my broker and I trade around the clock, running automated strategies using 3 separate laptops that trade the US markets at night (I'm based in Sydney), the ASX and forex markets during the day.
Howdy folks. Tired of being yelled at for not sayin' anything but I'm one that only speaks when I have something to say and not for the purposes of hearing myself type. I'm an intermediate trader, mostly day trading equities but some options and I'm more here to hear and learn then I am to spout.
Be forewarned though because if I DO choose to speak I have a huge mouth ;^)
