Learned about stop hunting and other advantages the floor traders had through Futuresource forums at the time; I am so glad to have found bigmiketrading for advice from those who trade successfully.

Now beginning again, this time with more time and more money, my main emphasis is on risk control and learning the software available now. I still like spreads and options, and I am constantly studying fundamentals more closely than the technicals.

I"m new here to! love time spreading, and vertical spreading.. which software are you checking out?

Right now, checking out the tools at Optionhouse' online platform tools for index and equity options; also X-trader free platform at velocity futures. My accounts are still pending at both brokers, but I really need to get comfortable with the software anyway.

Hi Folks,
I have been reading here a while but just signed up. I am a beginner based in Australia, quite serious about learning trading but currently in struggle mode! My background is in IT Networking, systems architecture and so forth and that's still my full-time job, but I hope to retire one day (year?) soon and trade from home. I have plenty of programming experience which I have started to put to use via some back-testing with Multicharts. Perhaps I can be of some use to members despite my inexperience?
Currently focusing on forex, a daily and a couple of intra-day strategies. Can't help but keep an eye on the equities markets although I know I am supposed to be specialising..
cheers

Hello all,

I've been trading for a year and half now, but without big success. But I don't give up. I hope that after being impressed by the overwhelming amount of information, this forum may help me to find the right trading strategy that suits me.

I'm based in Berlin, but travel a lot around.

Tom

Hello All,

I have been trading for quite a while now, but I am relatively new to the E-minis(Specifically the ES). Like most, I have been struggling trying to find the type of trading that works for me. I look forward to reading and sharing some trading ideas.

Hi futures.io (formerly BMT) forum members. I have traded equities EOD since 2004. I started day trading the eminis a year ago January. I look forward to learning from your trading ideas and helping others also.
