Hello Mike and all,
Am looking forward to participating in the future.
I am now learning ninja script as i think this is the
only way to take control of my own destiny.
I have discovered that being in a room that tells you when
to take trades is not the way to go and that i must do the
hard yards to read the price action. I am sure that indicators
and strategies with ninja can help me with scalp day trading.
The site and forum look great

Hi All,
I'm currently automating my strategies with MC after being tired of watching the charts tick by tick
Found a lot of very good information on this site and I'll hope I'll be able to contribute myself.
Keep up the good work !

Hello to BM and other forum members.

Today's one of those days when it would be fun to have a low latency data feed. Ran across your board while researching alternatives; looks like I struck trader info gold!

Cheers, looking forward to participating here.

Hi everyone!

I've been looking for a forum like this for quite a while.

I've been trading for about a year now and have been semi-successful....meaning I haven't blown up my account (yet?)

I swing trade in my retirement accounts (401K, etc), trade options and stocks in my short term trading account and have recently been trading the ES contract. I'm a discretionary trader only.

I love trading and would love the opportunity to be good enough to do this full time - but I know I've got a long way to go to learn and experience success and failure before I'm a full-time trader.

I use ThinkorSwim currently for short-term trading and options and am will eventually migrate to Multicharts + IQfeed for charting and perhaps discretionary trading entry for futures and stocks when daytrading.

I'm looking forward to learning from everyone here.

Hi,

I am the beginner in learning to trade. Downloaded a lot of material but have not gone through any of them seriously.

I am interested in forex market and starting with some very basic material.

If anyone can suggest the learning path.

Thanks and regards.

Welcome, You'll like it here. Do yourself a HUGE favor and don't trade with real money until you have a full understanding of things and can paper/demo trade profitably. There are plenty of threads here on all different topics which will set you on the right path. Learn basic price action and money management and go through the psychology threads here, they will help you face the demons you will likely meet.
Regards, Kbit

your vita said you are an advanced trader, are you or are you not an advanced trader, pls?

i am with kbit, that you ought to try out your trade management skills in sim first.... for however long or short.... , it will take....; for you to show consistent profitability....: before you ever dare to attempt live trade.... been there, done that with multiplicity of bumps and bruises many times....
