At futures io, our focus is on quality education. No hype, gimmicks, or secret sauce. The truth is: trading is hard. • We work extremely hard to keep things positive in our community.
  • We do not tolerate rude behavior, trolling, or vendors advertising in posts.
  • We firmly believe in and encourage sharing. The holy grail is within you, we can help you find it.
  • We expect our members to participate and become a part of the community. Help yourself by helping others.

Welcome to the group! I've been here a couple of years (don't quite remember), but only very active this past few weeks as I transition to full-time trading.

I recommend starting a trading journal once you get started paper/sim trading or live trading. I find it helpful just to do a brain dump at the end of my trading day. The community here is very active and supportive.

Hello

Hi!

I have had an on and off interest in Futures trading for quite some time, yet have only messed around with paper trading on ToS. After a hiatus I am back and wanting to take things more serious this time. Living in California, I was often discouraged from getting up early and getting my screen time in due to my sleeping habits. But enough is enough and I have been consistently getting up early enough to paper trade an hour before I head to work.

I look forward to learning from everyone and hope one day I can help someone as well.

Regards,

Cyrass

Hello Everyone.
I just signed up for a lifetime. I hope it's worth it. I have 13+ years clerking/trading on/off the CME floor. I know my charts, trades, technicals and underatand the fundamentals. I just can't seem to get my head on straight. I stay in bad trades, exit good ones. let good trades go bad. Quite a funk I can't seem to kick.
Its just me at home, with no other insight so I'm hoping to get some good information, alternative advice, other tech levels, other traders opinions on similar markets. always interested in learning about new trading strategies.
I mostly trade the YM. the ES sometimes, and then the RTY and NQ.
hopefully Ill find my way around on here but feel free to say hi. id love to get to know a few guys/gals that trade the same markets.
