Hello and thanks for having me!
I am an old newbie to trading. Been on the sidelines for ten years. Got bit a few times, never lost a lot, but I'm not going back in till I have a proven strategy coded in multicharts. I have some ideas, learning to code now. Chose Multicharts because of EasyLanguage. So I hope you don't mind if I follow along in yours and others footsteps as I learn.
Thanks!

Do you mind sharing what process you used to select him as a coach?

Thanks.

I went to a lot of trouble to find a decent coach. He even said he does not work with just anybody and had to interview me!!!
Anyway he said he would pay me back 500 pounds but he had more excuses and said he had issues with his bank and I would have to wait until mid May.
I said ok and then got wind he was bad mouthing me so I said stuff it he can pay back now and he refused to ...so the moral is guys DO NOT EMPLOY KAM DHADWAR. DO NOT PAY FOR A TRADE ROOM WHERE THERE ARE NO TRADES.
Pay your money to someone worthy of your time and your money because this guy is a fraud, a cheat and a liar! I end my story here

Hello Mike,
My name is Alex, I am a mechanical systems engineer by profession, by an aspiring trader by passion, started trading in 2014, still trying to be profitable. Until last year I was doing the same patterns which always ended up with me blowing up an account and refunding, rinse, repeat. Then I decided to dig deep and rethink my approach at a deep level. It's now been 7 months, and with a deliberate and focused effort, I am starting to see very good results. I learned of this forum after watching some of your webinars with FT71, and I fell in love with this community and I want to join, learn and grow with it.

Thank you,
Alex

Hello, Alex, I'm learning to trade Future S&P Emini. Currently paper Trading on TT platform via Etrade. I look forward to collaborating.

I wanted to re introduce myself. I've been a member for a long time and became an elite member a couple of months ago. I've never posted anything relevant not because I haven't wanted to but I've always been kind of a loner, somewhat of an introvert. I signed up for the elite membership because I wanted to contribute to Futures.io in some capacity I know that's a small way to contribute but I felt it necessary. So with that said I'm going to be more open in the forum because Futures .io is important, not just to me but for a lot of others. It's a great avenue for new traders and experience traders. I'm thankful for this site and all of the members that share their knowledge. You have helped me more than you know and I'm grateful for your generosity.

Thank You
tmurray

Thank for wanting to share. I will be relocating to Atlanta GA. I look for to meeting trading that resides in Atlanta.

Hello folks

I have been trading for 8 years now. Very embarrasing to say that overall I have not been profitable.
Not a complaint as much as an observation. (A bad one). I have gottin pretty good at my entry points in the E-mini but have struggled relentlessy to stay in the trade through to target. Nerves are kind of on edge after 8 yrs of losses.
My entry points are about 80% accurate now and now I have to work on my exit plan if I'm going to make this work.
I may have a lot to contribute here because I am almost positive I've experienced most of the "What not to do's" LOL
I look forward to working with you.
Thanks for listening.

Bill

Hi guys,

Have been trading for 18 months. Mostly stocks and options using the Options House platform. Recently started learning momentum to day trade e-minis using Cunningham.

thanks

Hi Shirley

I have struggled for years now with the emotional side of trading. About a year ago I was taught how to systematically create, document and test a strategy. I now have what I believe is a pretty solid trading strategy.
When starting out I had no idea what kind of a trader I was. ie: Daytrader, swing trader or invester (Long term).
You need to establish what style suits your personality. A proven strategy that works for one type of trader may not work for another. I guess the biggest threat to success is emotions. If you develop and test a strategy "Trust It" during your paper trading and eventually your live trading.
Hope this helps for a start

Bill

I like Option House for options trading. Have been testing Interactive Brokers recently and may make the switch

I am a newbie to futures. My experience is in FX, trading currency and so far it is all training and education. I studied with a dedicated home group for a couple of years where I used to live. Now I live out in the woods, basically. So I've been doing simulation trades on NinjaTrader 8. Working at my goal of a +$40,00.00 pnl before I start using hard cash. I'm counting on my prior job skills and training to get into automating my trading strategies. And I'm willing to do/use what works best for me; so, I am curious about forex futures.

Don't know much about futures but I am interested and pursuing a working knowledge before I make any decisions.
