My name is Al. I've been trading for a year now learning on my own. Over the last past year I've gain a plethora of knowledge trading futures. The issue im currently having is that im an unsuccessful day trader. I join this forum to see if I could learn from others about trading. I pray I will before I blow up my account again and have to go back working a 9-5.

I just wanted to formally introduce myself. I've been a lurker on futures.io (formerly BMT) for a while, and have worked in the trading industry for a few years now. I originally was interested in trading equities, then progressed to currencies, and now have settled on Futures instruments primarily.
I look forward to learning and contributing!

I am interested in algorithmic trading. I have a number of non-useful beliefs which I intend to replace with something more useful - here are two of them:
1) It's very difficult to develop a winning trading strategy that fits me
2) I am here to read and ask above all (and less so to contribute) as my experience is so limited
You may notice as I am making progress.
