Welcome to futures io.

Welcome, Guest!

This forum was established to help traders (especially futures traders) by openly sharing indicators, strategies, methods, trading journals and discussing the psychology of trading.

We are fundamentally different than most other trading forums:
  • We work extremely hard to keep things positive on our forums.
  • We do not tolerate rude behavior, trolling, or vendor advertising in posts.
  • We firmly believe in openness and encourage sharing. The holy grail is within you, it is not something tangible you can download.
  • We expect our members to participate and become a part of the community. Help yourself by helping others.

the white line looks like it jumps around similar to a POC (point of control) and the price bars as if they are colored red or green once they extend past a vwap standard deviation band...or maybe the vwap and POC are combined (averaged or weighted) because the line moves a little bit when price doesn't trade in its area. just guessing here, i'm no expert or programmer, lol.

Okay man...

Here is the deal. @Fat Tails is very busy with his own items and trying to help as many people as he can, I am sure.

@paruchuriphani

You need to take some initiative on your own behalf here. Did someone say this looks like it might be similar to supertrend?

Start there. Search SuperTrend

Please register on futures.io to view futures trading content such as post attachment(s), image(s), and screenshot(s).

this thread might also be interesting to rule in or out supertrend...

https://futures.io/ninjatrader-programming/14820-anasupertrend-vs-anasupertrendm11.html

from the library here:

Please register on futures.io to view futures trading content such as post attachment(s), image(s), and screenshot(s).

If those are NOT close enough, use them as a descriptive starting point to explain how they are the same and different from what you might be looking for. Point is just asking and hoping that someone else finds or creates, does not win a great deal of interest in the futures.io (formerly BMT) community.

Begging a guy with whom you do not have any rapport is also a non-starter in most cases. Two other suggestions would be show the effort that you are taking to solve your own issue and consider joining the community as an elite member.

Dan

Hi,

Thank you for your reply

I do not have the indicator. I have seen that indicator here REALSENSE he said 90% accuracy .

but It is very expensive nearly 2100$. I could not spend as much as. I have some experience in making indicator in ninjatrader. i know 95% of indicators are free.

So I wanted to find out I'd Compare that White Line indicator with supertrend (ATR Multiplier=8, ATR period=5,Median Period=1) supertrend is ninjatrader indicator.80% of calls or same but i can't find neutral trend White bars logic.

I've posted the image of supertrend parameters please help me.

Thank you ,

@paruchuriphani: The white line indicator looks like a Chandelier Stop, which is switched off, when volatility drops beyond a selected limit. In that case it plots a horizontal line.

I cannot easily reproduce it, also I do not have a data feed for the Nifty Magic.

Hi @Fat Tails ,

I already sent you Nifty data feed and some more images of that indicator in #16 reply And I have sent to you again

please try once because that indicator gives us very good accuracy. Will be very useful to many people.

one thing I forgot to tell you About Accuracy. Accuracy is calculated like this

Profit taking @ 10 points(0.15%) ,stop loss @ 25points (0.37%) calculating accuracy based on this. (Current NIFTY price @ 6100)

Are you receive my private message?

Thank You,

Sorry, I am not chasing the holy grail. That white line is no secret wonder indicator and it won't allow you to accumulate a fortune.
